Residential Single Family rebates: Cash rebates are available for existing single-family detached homes, attached homes (up to four-plex), condominiums and mobile homes.Download application

Residential Multi-Family rebates: Cash rebates are available for the installation of qualified energy efficiency products in apartment dwelling units and in the common areas of apartment and condominium complexes, and common areas of mobile home parks. Property owners (and property managers, as authorized agents for property owners) of existing residential multifamily complexes with 2 or more dwelling units may qualify. Download application

Solar Water Heating Incentives Now you can save on money and energy when you install a solar water heating system in your home or business. Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) introduces the new California Solar Initiative-Thermal program, which offers up-front incentives for customers who install solar water heating systems. The Gas Company offers a variety of assistance programs including:

Direct Assistance Program (DAP)

The Gas Company is proud to partner with the communities we serve to enhance the quality of life in the region. That’s why we’re working with community-based organizations and licensed contractors to offer free energy-saving home improvements through our Direct Assistance Program (DAP) to eligible Renters and Homeowners whose total household income does not exceed the income guidelines. California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) Program

The CARE program provides a 20% discount on the monthly gas bill for eligible households. In addition, for those who qualify, and are approved within 90 days of starting new gas service will also receive a $15 discount on the Service Establishment Charge. You will receive your discount once your completed application is approved by The Gas Company. Learn more.
